Payment is required before work starts.
Work only begins after payment is received.
All projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise.
Revisions cover minor edits and clarity adjustments.
Major changes in direction may require an additional fee.
Because services are digital and personalized:
Refunds are available only before work has started.
Once the first draft or initial deliverables have been sent, payments become non-refundable.
If Rodrigo Marketing must cancel a project for any reason, the client receives a full refund for any incomplete work.
Clients may cancel before work begins.
If work has started, cancellation fees may apply depending on progress.
Once deliverables have been provided, cancellations cannot be refunded.
